Cause:

• Electrical grounding issue
• Control board malfunction

Troubleshooting:

Ovens chime to alert the user when timers expire, when the oven reaches setpoint temperatures, and at other intervals depending on model number.

• This feature cannot be turned off.
• For E Series Ovens only, the tone volume can be adjusted. See also, E Series Oven Chime Tone Selection.

If an oven chimes or beeps unexpectedly:

1. Turn the unit off.
2. Turn the power to the circuit breaker for the product off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
3. Turn the unit back on and see if the beeping persists.
4. Verify no other appliances or products are beeping such as the coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.
5. If the beeping continues, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
