Register Products with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Account

Troubleshooting:

Products must be registered online after setting up a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account:

  1. Go to the Product Registration website.
  2. Log in with the email address and password connected with the account. If you have not yet created an account, see Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Account Information, which details features available after registration, including videos, use and care manuals, and more.
  3. Click Product Registration.
  4. Click Register Product.
  5. Select the appropriate brand category:
    • Sub-Zero, Wolf, or Cove
    • Wolf Gourmet
  6. Enter the information in the fields. Asterisks indicate required information.
  7. Click Save & Complete Registration, or if you have another product to register, click Save & Register another product.

A Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account is required in order to pair an appliance with the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App, see Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Connected Ready Appliances to verify your appliance is connected capable. Refer to Set Up Connected Appliance for Pairing for instructions.

Wolf Gourmet products can be registered at the Wolf Gourmet Online Registration website.

If products that were registered before creating a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account do not appear in the account, or the system will not accept the model and serial number of your product, contact the Sub-Zero Customer Care Team at [email protected], or call (800) 222-7820, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.
