Sub-Zero with "Vacuum Condenser" or "Service" Flashing

Steps to Verify Issue:

  1. If temperatures are high, call for service.
  2. If temperatures are near normal, turn off the unit and Clean the Condenser.
  3. Verify nothing is obstructing the door from closing, see Door Closing Troubleshooting.
  4. Turn the unit back on and the error message should not appear.
