SOMETHING NEW: THE ROTATIONAL PROGRAM

When you're starting out, it can be difficult to decide which direction to take with your career. Our new Rotational Program makes that decision process a little easier. Participants will do two or three 6-month rotations (or work assignments) at Sub-Zero or Wolf based on their background and professional interests. When you’ve finished the program, you should have a pretty solid fix on the type of job you want with us.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

In our Rotational Program, you will do two or three 6-month rotations, each one selected based on your educational background and professional interests. This is full-time employment, with competitive pay and benefits. After successful completion of the program, participants are placed into full-time regular positions within the organization, using a similar selection process (education, experiences and professional interests).

Each participant will be assigned a company mentor, who will support leadership development in the organization. The mentor will coach and provide direction and feedback, so you’ll always have the support you need as you work your way through the program.
