PHILIP IS THE EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR CREATE CATERING & CONSULTING
Philip has worked for such notable restaurants as New York’s Zoe and, Daniel and Aquavit, Boston’s Another Season. He served as the Head Chef at Minneapolis’ Table of Contents, where he won local awards such as "Best Restaurant" and "Best Chef" as well as "Restaurateur of the Year in 2002". His next stop was Tryg’s, also in Minneapolis, where he wowed the critics with a simple and elegant menu featuring local ingredients and hard wood cooking.
More recently, Philip struck out on his own and started an intimate catering company. He and his wife, Desiree, hand craft and customize menus for discriminating clients. Philip likes to bring exotic ingredients into his cooking and present them in a way that won’t intimidate his customers, incorporating delicacies such as truffles and foie gras into everyday dishes.
