Carr Valley Cheese Test Kitchen and Cooking School

Carr Valley Cheese has a wonderful 20-seat cooking school and test kitchen in Sauk City, Wisconsin. Owner Sid Cook has developed relationships with some of the nation’s top chefs and often invites them to teach in his cooking classes. The cooking school not only features a Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchen, but also provides a view of the two on-site cheese-aging caves.
