Michael and Janice Thomas established the respected Savory Spoon Cooking School in Ellison Bay, Wisconsin in 2004. The school originally was located in the 150 year old log home at their Highview Farm. In 2007, the school moved to 12042 Highway 42 in Ellison Bay, WI, and is housed in an 1879 schoolhouse. Michael and Janice have taken pride in the careful restoration of this historic building. The renovation included adding Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking appliances in both kitchens and throughout the school and marketplace.
