Grilled Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

1 pound asparagus, tough ends trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Aged balsamic vinegar, if desired

PREPARATION

Preheat Wolf charbroiler for 15 minutes. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on the charbroiler and brown for 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently with tongs. Drizzled with vinegar, if desired.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.
