Bourbon Brown Sugar Sauce


1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons bourbon


In 1 1/2 quart saucepan on Wolf induction cooktop over medium high heat, combine brown sugar and cream. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in cubed butter and bring mixture back to a boil. After butter is completely melted, touch element off and stir in the bourbon. Pour into 2-cup dish and serve with bread pudding.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups
