Beef Tenderloin Sliders

INGREDIENTS

12 (2 ounce each) tenderloin steaks
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Canola oil
12 slider rolls

PREPARATION

Preheat Wolf Griddle to 400°F. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Using pastry brush, spread canola oil over the preheated griddle to coat the surface. Evenly space the tenderloin steaks onto the griddle, six at a time. Cook about 2-3 minutes a side to desired doneness. Place onto the buns and serve.

Makes 12 tenderloin sliders.
