Position bakestone rack and bakestone in Wolf oven in rack position 1 (lowest position). Preheat oven in BAKESTONE at 535°F. Allow about 1 hour for oven to preheat.
Spread chili sauce over the surface of pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese. Place diced chicken, broccoli, red pepper and scallions on the pizza. Slide onto preheated Wolf Bakestone with pizza peel. Bake about 6 minutes or until golden brown,. Remove from stone with pizza peel and place on a cutting board. Sprinkle with basil and cilantro. Allow to cool briefly before slicing.

A specially-designed rack and bake stone are used for BAKE STONE mode, and together these two elements will result in beautiful and crunchy pizza and breads. Heat from all elements – the hidden bake element (bottom), the broil element (top) and two convection elements (back) – is used to create the perfect “brick oven” effect. Both convection fans run to help circulate the air evenly throughout the oven cavity. The temperature probe may be used in BAKE STONE mode.
