Register and redeem

To register your appliances, start by either logging in to your existing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account, or by creating a new account. If you encounter problems registering your appliances, please call Customer Care at (800) 222-7820.

Please collect the following before you begin:


  1. Serial numbers for your Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, and/or ASKO appliances.
    • Cove dishwasher serial numbers are located on the rating plate inside the unit on the left.
    • ASKO dishwasher serial numbers are located on the rating plate inside the unit on the right; it is the third number.

  2. An electronic itemized version of your sales invoice.
