What to expect
- In anticipation of your in-person or virtual visit, you will be paired with a consultant who will learn about your project to tailor the consultation specifically to you.
- During your consultation, your showroom consultant will guide you through various options to fit your needs—explaining and demonstrating special features and functions to help you realize your vision.
- Throughout your project, the showroom is your dedicated resource for all your kitchen and appliance questions. We are here to support you through the selection, purchase, installation, and use of your new appliances.

“We spend hours dicing vegetables, reducing stocks, measuring out all of our ingredients, making sure all of our mise en place is in order. Only to sit down and eat for 20 minutes. Might as well enjoy the processes as well as the end goal.”
Pawel Siemion discovered his love of food and cooking at a very young age—his mother would make home cooked meals everyday exposing him to real from scratch cooking. While attending The Illinois institute of Arts – Chicago, Pawel begun working for Chef Cary Taylor where he quickly moved up from dishwasher to sous Chef. Pawel has worked at many Chicago staple restaurants such as The Southern and La Sirena Clandestina. When Pawel is not in the kitchen he enjoys camping, fishing and, singing karaoke.
