Place all ingredients in a blender container or food processor bowl with cutting blade. Process on high about 1 minute or until smooth.  Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat 6-inch skillet on Wolf cooktop over medium-high heat for 2 minutes or until drops of water dropped into skillet pop.  Using 1/4 cup measure, pour batter into hot skillet.  Cook crepes for about 2 minutes on first side or until edges brown.  Then carefully turn over and cook for one minute.  Fill with desired ingredients.

Makes 12 crepes.
