Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Preparation:

Preheat Wolf outdoor grill on medium high heat for 10 minutes.

One day prior soak the wooden skewers in water to keep them from burning on the grill.

In a medium bowl combine the chicken, parsley, oil and season with salt and pepper.

To make the brochettes, alternate the chicken, peppers and onions on a wooden skewers.  Top the skewers with a tomato and a mushroom. Continue the process to make 6 brochettes.

Place the brochettes onto the grill grates and let cook for 3 minutes on each side, while closing the door in between turns.

Remove from the grill and place onto serving platter. Squeeze the lemon juice over the brochettes and serve.
