2 cloves garlic smashed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
2 cups vegetable oil
1 cups olive oil

Add first ten ingredients into 10-cup food processor bowl with cutting blade or blender. While running, slowly dizzle in oil.
Let set overnight in Sub-Zero refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.
