1 poblano pepper roasted, peeled and seeded
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon minced chives
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into 10-cup food processor bowl with cutting blade or blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let set overnight in Sub-Zero refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.
