Position oven racks to 1, 3 and 5 (counting from the bottom of the oven.) Preheat Wolf oven in CONVECTION at 325°F (165°C).
Cream the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Add cocoa and mix again. Sift together flour baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to mixer and stir just until combined. Add chopped chocolate and mix until combined.
Bake cookies for 13 to 15 minutes.
