Cause:

• Excessive freezer compressor run

Troubleshooting:

If temperatures are high and not likely a door ajar situation, contact Factory Certified Service.

If temperatures are near normal:

1. Clean the condenser. Refer to Sub-Zero Condenser Cleaning Instructions.
2. Press and hold the door ajar alarm key for 15 seconds to clear the error code.
   • If unit does not have a door ajar alarm key, turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again. Retest the unit operation.

If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
