Steps to Verify Issue:

  1. Exit the app and begin the setup process again from the start.
  2. Verify Bluetooth® is enabled on the phone or device. See Turn on Bluetooth® for details.
  3. Follow the on-screen commands to complete the pin pairing process first, then enter the Wi-Fi network and password.
