The following part numbers are for all Convection Steam Ovens (CSO) starting with serial number 13500558.

  • One perforated stainless baking tray (part number 821212) and one solid stainless tray (part number 821210) come standard with each CSO in this serial number range.
  • The pans are used in place of the racks.

  • The flat part of a perforated stainless tray is approximately 15-1/2" x 12-1/2".
  • The porcelain baking tray is a general medium heat baking and roasting pan that is not recommended for high heat and high steam applications.
  • The porcelain baking tray is intended for medium heat cooking like roasting a chicken on Convection mode or baking a tray of vegetables on Convection Humid mode.
  • The porcelain coating on it makes for easy cleanup.
