Answer:

The Convection Steam Mode is entered through the Quick Start menu.

To start Convection Steam Mode:

  1. Touch Quick Start.
  2. Use the arrows to select Convection Steam.
  3. Touch Enter.
  4. Follow the directions on the screen.
