Cause:

  • HTR1 has been ON too long
  • Water did not heat to temperature for cycle in set time

Troubleshooting:

  1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  2. Retest the unit operation.
  3. Verify that the water supply line to the unit is insulated if on an outside wall or in very cold conditions.
    • If the water line is very cold, it may take too long for the water to heat to temperature for some higher temperature cycles (for example, Soak & Scrub), causing error 200193.
  4. If these steps do not resolve the issue, no further customer troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
