Classic (Formerly Built-In) Dispenser Chute Door Frozen or Frost on Wall

Steps to Verify Issue:

  1. Make sure no ice cubes are blocking the mullion chute door from closing properly.
  2. Defrost the affected area. Refer to Manually Defrost a Sub-Zero for instructions.
