Fryer LO Fault Indicator

Cause:

  • No oil in the pan
  • Excessive sediment on the bottom of the fryer pan
  • RTD error

Troubleshooting:

  1. Drain and clean the basin if there is excessive sediment in the oil.

  2. Ensure the oil is at the proper level. Add clean oil if necessary.
  3. If using lard, refer to Use Lard in a Fryer Module.
  4. Press CLEAR to reset the control.
  5. Wait two minutes before restarting the unit.
