Gas Range and Rangetop Temperature Range

Answer:

For GR and R Series Gas Range models and RT and SRT Series Rangetop, and DF rangetop temperature ranges, refer to the chart below.

Bake
  • 150°F – 500°F
Broil
  • 500°F
Charbroiler
  • Burner can only be on or off.
French Top
  • Front corners are the coolest spots.
  • Second and third rings to the back right of center and to the front left of center are the hot spots.
  • Heat varies across the surface.
  • Best for multiple pots/pans with small pots/pans on the edges.
Griddle
  • 100 – 450°F
