If the M Series Oven racks slide forward when the oven door is opened:
- Remove oven racks.
- Remove oven rack guides and reinstall.
- See Remove Oven Racks and Rack Guides.
- Refer to the product Use and Care Guide for further information.
- Install the oven rack and note if it slides forward without pulling on it.
- If the rack still slides forward unassisted, a new oven rack is needed.
