Cause:

  • Authentication or authorization error

Troubleshooting:

The input was not correct, such as an incorrect password.

  1. Confirm correct email and password combination is being used.
  2. Use Forgot Password option to reset password using the account email address.
  3. If there is no account linked to the email address yet, create a new account. See Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Account Information.
    • Confirm that email is not already registered to a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account. Note that the mobile app account is shared with a subzero-wolf web account.
