Cause:
- Authentication or authorization error
Troubleshooting:
The input was not correct, such as an incorrect password.
- Confirm correct email and password combination is being used.
- Use Forgot Password option to reset password using the account email address.
- If there is no account linked to the email address yet, create a new account. See Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Account Information.
- Confirm that email is not already registered to a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account. Note that the mobile app account is shared with a subzero-wolf web account.
