Cause:
- Bluetooth encryption not enabled on iOS device
Troubleshooting:
During the pairing process, iOS users must accept pairing requests from the appliance.
- During pairing, a message should appear to ask for permission. See Pair a Connected Appliance.
- If a message does not appear and the device and appliance were not paired before, restart the mobile device and try again.
