Troubleshooting:

If food items are freezing in the refrigerator section or it seems colder at the top than the bottom of a Sub-Zero product:

1. Address any error codes or messages shown.
2. Verify the unit temperatures are properly set. See Refrigerator and Freezer Temperature Settings.
3. Clean the Condenser if it has not been done in the past 6 months.
4. If the temperature on the display is extremely cold, see Extremely Cold Temperature on Display.
5. Make sure the light diffuser is installed:
   • 200 and 300 Series Light Diffuser Removal
   • 500 Series Light Diffuser Removal
   • 600 Series Light Diffuser Removal
   • Classic (Formerly Built-In) Series Light Diffuser Removal
6. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
