Steps to Verify Issue:
If food items are freezing in the refrigerator section or it seems colder at the top than the bottom of a Sub-Zero product:
- Address any error codes or messages shown.
- Verify the unit temperatures are properly set. See Refrigerator and Freezer Temperature Settings.
- Clean the Condenser if it has not been done in the past 6 months.
- If the temperature on the display is extremely cold, see Extremely Cold Temperature on Display.
- Make sure the light diffuser is installed:
