600 or 700 Series Error Code EC07 or EC08

Cause:

  • Freezer repeatedly read erratic temperatures
  • Freezer evaporator thermistor read open or shorted for 10+ seconds, or repeatedly read erratic temperatures

Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair. Share the EC code and current temperatures when contacting service for repair.
