Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Time Zone on Connected Products

Answer:

In the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App versions 3.9.14 and higher, the time zone is selected when pairing the appliance.

  • The time zone automatically updates if the appliance is in a location that observes Daylight Saving Time. 

To see app version information:

  • For iOS:
    • To check the app version, go to Settings > Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. Version information is under the About heading. 
    • To download the latest version, go to the App Store.
  • For Android:
    • To check the app version, go to Settings > Apps > Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. Version information is at the bottom of the App Info page. 
    • To download the latest version, go to the Google Play Store.

Troubleshooting:

If a product shows the wrong time after Daylight Saving Time or after initial appliance connection:

  1. Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
  2. From the list of products, select the appliance showing the wrong time.
  3. On the appliance page, tap the settings icon.
  4. Tap Time Zone.
  5. Select local time zone. The connected module time resets shortly after.
