- Restart the device the app is on and try the app again.
- Verify there is a mail account set up on the phone.
- If there is no mail account set up on the phone, refer to the wireless provider for assistance with phone setup.
If feedback is unable to be submitted through the app, submit Sub-Zero Group Owner's App feedback to [email protected] using your typical email service outside of the app.
