3. If the control stem will not turn:
   • Attempt to turn the knob with a pair of pliers.
   • A small amount of WD-40 or Liquid Wrench applied at the base of the knob stem may help.
4. If the control stem is broken in any way, service is necessary to expertly repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
   • If the Ventilation Hood control stem spins freely, no further troubleshooting advice is available. Service is needed for repair.
   • If the control stem is pushed up into the hood, no further troubleshooting is available. Service is needed for repair.
