Steps to Verify Issue:
- Verify ambient temperature is not extremely hot. When installed outdoors, direct sunlight may cause this error code to appear.
- Verify proper product installation. Refer to the product installation guide for further installation information.
- Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again. Retest the unit operation.
