To install a 36" Electric or Induction Cooktop on a yacht, consider the following:
  1. The circuit could be 208 or 240 volts but the circuit must be rated at 50 Amps. 
  2. Allow for enough airflow under the unit for cooling purposes. Yacht manufacturers are always fighting tight space requirements please allow the required space (either 3.75” or 4” depending on model) underneath it for air flow.
