Dual Fuel Range Oven Timer

Topics:

  • Set timer on a Next Dual Fuel (DF) Range
  • Timer keeps counting when oven is turned off
  • Next Dual Fuel oven beeping

Answer:

The Next Dual Fuel (DF) Range oven has a timer that operates independently from the oven controls.

  • Setting the timer does not affect cook time or stop time.
  • Once a time is set in hours and minutes, the countdown illuminates on the control panel display.
  • Only the last minute counts down in seconds.

To set the oven timer:

  1. Touch Timer 1 or Timer 2.
  2. Use the slide bar to set the duration, then touch Set.
  3. A chime indicates the timer is set.
  4. To cancel or edit, touch the countdown time on the display.
  5. The timer chimes with one minute remaining. The timer chimes and flashes when complete.
  6. Touch the flashing time to clear.
    • The timer will turn off by itself after five minutes, and the display will show the time of day clock.

NOTE: Turning off the oven while timer is running will not cancel the timer.
