Cause:

  • Communication lost with oven controller

Troubleshooting:

  1. Power the unit off at the circuit breaker.
  2. Remove the oven selector knob that showed the error.
  3. Make sure the metal contacts on the stem of the knob are clean and dry.
  4. Insert the knob firmly back into place.
  5. Restore power at the circuit breaker and verify errors do not return; if they do not, the problem is resolved.
  6. If these steps do not resolve the issue, no further troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair
