Concealed Function in Butler’s Pantry
The aesthetics of the home remain undisturbed thanks to the discreet butler's pantry. Equipped with paneled Sub-Zero Refrigeration, Wolf E Series Ovens, food storage, and a clean-up area, the pantry enhances functionality without sacrificing style of the main kitchen.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Entertaining
A counterbalanced pass-through window bridges the indoor kitchen with the outdoor barbecue and entertainment zone. Countertops and finish materials extend outdoors, enhancing the visual flow between the spaces and making both food preparation and interaction with guests seamless.
Maximized Natural Light and Openness
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring abundant natural light into the kitchen, while thoughtfully designed courtyards maintain privacy from the street. Meanwhile, the openness of the kitchen and adjacent living and dining areas preserves connections between the home cooks, their family, and guests.
Ample Storage Solutions
A comprehensive inventory of the homeowners’ existing kitchen equipment allowed for a meticulous layout. Dedicated storage for formal glassware, daily-use items, and countertop appliances ensures everything has its place, keeping the kitchen organized and clutter-free.
