Stone Behind Glass

Stone Behind Glass repositions the kitchen within a home defined by bold architectural moves from an earlier renovation era. Originally conceived as a compact galley set against expansive glazing, the kitchen no longer met the needs of a modern family. The redesign preserves the spirit of the original architecture while introducing a more functional, centrally placed kitchen that works beautifully for daily life without diminishing the home’s relationship to the surrounding woods.
