Streamlined Traditional reshapes an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounging area into a warm, cohesive environment designed for everyday living and entertaining. The homeowners wanted a space with depth and character that feels practical and inviting while visually unifying multiple zones within the home. Rich finishes, tailored detailing, and a softened traditional language create a kitchen that feels timeless, settled, and connected to the surrounding spaces.

Cabinetry, finishes, and built-ins visually connect the kitchen, dining area, and sunken lounge into a single cohesive composition.
A Furniture-Inspired Island
Rounded corners, decorative legs, and writing-desk details allow the island to read as furniture while supporting full kitchen functionality.
Timeless, Garden-Inspired Palette
A single, enveloping paint color and organic materials draw the outdoors in and give the space a settled, enduring feel.
Technical Challenges Thoughtfully Resolved
Varying floor heights, concealed HVAC systems, and appliance placement were carefully integrated without disrupting the design.
