Brandie Lamb

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Chef Brandie pursued a degree in Culinary Arts following her passion for cooking. During this time she founded Nosh, LLC, providing boutique catering and private group cooking classes. Brandie was asked to join as Executive Chef for the new Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove showroom in St Louis, in charge of recipe creation and consumer education during the live cooking demonstrations.
After many years in St Louis, it was time to be back in the South. Brandie now resides outside of Nashville, TN where she continues her career with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove through Tisdel Distributing, as well as enjoying her salted caramel business.
