Preparation Method

This recipe was developed exclusively for the Legacy Wolf Convection Steam Oven with Button Controls.

1. Unfold one sheet puff pastry on cutting board.
2. Brush with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle oregano, thyme and cheese over oil.
4. Unfold the second sheet and carefully lay on top of herbs.
5. Press down lightly.
6. Using pastry or pizza cutter, cut pastry into ½ inch strips.
7. Tightly twist strips, keeping filling inside.
8. Line solid pan with parchment paper and lay strips on paper, about 1 inch apart.
9. Allow pastry to stand 15 minutes before placing in the oven.
10. Slide pan into oven on rack position 1.
11. Close oven door. Set oven to Recipes #R1.
12. Push OK.
13. After the oven chimes, remove pan from oven.
14. Cut each appetizer into thirds.
15. Serve immediately.

*For more than one sheet of appetizers, use 2 racks at rack position 1 and 3. Timing is the same.
