Grilled Corn on the Cob with Ancho Chili Lime Butter

Makes 4 servings

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat Wolf BBQ on medium high for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Trim off silky end of corn. Carefully peel back husk and remove silk from corn. Pull husk back over corn to cover kernels.
  3. Combine butter, chili powder, salt, lime zest and cilantro in a small bowl.
  4. Place corn on grill and cook for about 16 minutes, leaving on each side for 4 minutes,
  5. When corn kernels are cooked, remove from grill and peel back husks.
  6. Coat corn with chili butter and serve with lime wedges.
