Tuscan Ham and Bean Soup

Makes approximately 3 quarts (12 cups)

Preparation Method

  1. In large stock pot on Wolf cooktop over medium heat, saute vegetables in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add tomatoes, vegetable stock, garlic, ham, beans, rosemary and dry herbs.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Finish with chopped fresh oregano, thyme and parsley.
