The Countless Advantages of Induction Cooking

Speed and heat-efficiency for starters, as electricity flows through a coil, generating a magnetic field under the ceramic glass surface. Once an induction-compatible pan is placed on the cooktop, currents instantaneously generate heat within the pan. The rest of the cooktop remains cool.

Dual Convection Controls Heat and Airflow

Dual fans–each with its own heating element–work in concert with two additional heating elements to maintain heat and airflow, eliminating "cold spots" and ensuring more consistent, more delicious results–even when using multiple racks at once.
