[Music] My role here at Sub Zero is to take customers calls and help them with how to use their new products. So, if our first customer service team can't answer it, the call would get transferred to me. I take pride in answering a question or just really giving a great experience for the customer. What I do is receive calls from various technicians throughout the country and the world and help them diagnose and repair the product. So whether it be on the service end or the sales end, I also deal with any customer exchanges, product exchanges. We provide support for parts, our parts distributors, our product distributors. Really at the end of the day we're looking for folks who like to take care of our customers of a high level. We play a significant role when it comes to supporting our luxury brands. They really give us the tools to do what we need to keep our customers happy. We have really good database software as well as troubleshooting software that we use to help our customers. We have several career paths, so whether someone's interested in a technical role or a leadership role, we have opportunities for advancement for them. If you want to further your education, you have the opportunity to do that. They're always willing to support you as an individual. Sub-Zero being a 70-year-old company, the stability, and the products that they offer I thought were just incredible. One thing I do like about the company is that they do have an option of either going into a part-time or a full-time position. I work remotely from home. I have a part-time schedule it really gives the perfect balance for me and my family. At Sub Zero, they really do care quite a bit about the community and I think that's because it's a locally grown company. It is a great company to work for. The benefits are awesome, it's an amazing group. We're looking for people who are friendly and professional and are able to convey genuine concern for the customer in their voice. I think there's a true sense of teamwork. We all work together to make it not only a better working environment, but also a better experience for our customers. It's very easy to provide customer service on a product that you really believe in. It was the best decision I've made in my entire career to come to Sub-Zero to be able to take care of a consumer at a very, very high level was very appealing.
