MADISON, Wis. (January 1, 2010) – The art of kitchen design and integrated refrigeration has reached a new height with Sub-Zero’s 27-inch columns, the company’s latest product introduction in the advancement of kitchen design.

Sub-Zero, the industry leader in premium refrigeration, has added 27-inch all refrigerator and 27-inch all freezer column models to its integrated line. While columns are a new execution in Sub-Zero design options, they represent a continuation of the company’s trendsetting offering of products that are design sensitive and responsive to consumers’ wishes for new concepts.

Sub-Zero has also recently introduced a new built-in line of refrigeration. Beneath the refined exterior of these units, the latest advanced technologies take food preservation to a microscopic level. In addition, Sub-Zero engineers moved the evaporator lower in the body of the new built-in, to more efficiently channel cold air to the storage drawers to create a special high humidity, low temperature zone perfect for fruits, vegetables, and meats.
