It is not necessary to buy all new cookware. Any microwaveable container can be used successfully in the drawer microwave. Make sure the dish does not touch the interior walls during cooking. Recommended cookware includes; Glass ceramics, heat-resistant glass, microwave-safe plastics, microwave-safe paper plates, microwave-safe pottery, stoneware and porcelain.

Use a soft, nonabrasive stainless steel cleaner like Signature Polish (see side note) and apply with a soft lint-free cloth. To bring out the natural luster, lightly wipe the surface with a water-dampened microfiber cloth, followed with a dry microfiber cloth. All work should follow the same grain direction as the finish. Best results are obtained by keeping the cloth in continuous contact with the metal. For best results, wipe up spills and spatters as they occur and immediately after the module has cooled. Wipe the panel with a cloth dampened slightly with water only. Dry using a soft cloth. Do not scrub or use any sort of chemical cleaners.

Cleaning is easy because no heat is generated to the interior surfaces; therefore, there is no baking and setting of spills or spattering.
