Steve Allen is a classically trained chef, restaurant owner and a gentleman farmer. He brings with him a passion for cooking with locally grown and raised foods. Join us for a class filled with fresh flavors including Heirloom Tomato Crusted Salmon, Sautéed Sea Scallops with Carbonara Sauce, St Louis Ribs – Steve and Rocky’s style, Scalloped Potatoes with smoked Gouda, and Market Corn – grilled and topped with lime, herbs and bread crumbs! Weather permitting, the chef will bring his best freshly picked corn to sell after the class.
